Shipping Domestic

We use Royal Mail to post our orders. Price depends on weight and\or size, and we post first class. If you would like your item sent by special delivery or signed for postage we are happy to do this for an extra cost. Please email bloomjewellery@hotmail.com for all inquiries.

Shipping International

We don't post internationally from our website, but you can order through our Etsy shop at https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/BloomJewelleryUK

Returns

All our jewellery is made to order therefore we do not offer a returns policy unless your goods are faulty. We always endeavour to send our jewellery out with a high quality finish, however if you find that your item is faulty please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to replace your faulty item.
